The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed under "Limited Right to Use" below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting by Earnbizz of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
c) Limited right to use:
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, video, audio, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a revocable, non exclusive license for use solely by you for personal, non commercial purposes limited to the use as is reasonably required to view and listen to the content and navigate through the pages and links generally available to the public using a standard Internet browser and standard media player, and not for re-publication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, graphic, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal, noncommercial use (but not for resale or redistribution).
d) Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Earnbizz and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, advertisers, and publishers (collectively, "Our Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

f) Non-transferable:
Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable.
g) Editing, deleting and modification:
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
h) Warranties and payments:
With the "Earnbizz" Website Package you should be able to earn more than $500 per day within one month of starting on our program means, you must actively participate to the Earnbizz program minimum 1 hours per day, as per our instructions to promote and operate the free web package or premium package given to you by Us. We are not responsible for making errors and misunderstandings, read and follow our instruction during the promotion of our program by the users. Commission will be paid to the affiliates on 30th of the month for the previous months payment only for the confirmed leads means the person who click the confirmation link and allow us to send follow-up messages. The unsubscribed leads will be treated as declined leads. Forty five days from the date of appointment and satisfying the minimum payout is the eligibility for the first payment. Bonus commission will be paid after ninety days from the date of joining. After ninety days the bonus will be paid to affiliates on the next payment date. Affiliates who cancels their hosting account are not qualified for commission payments as well as bonus payment. Bonus will be paid only to the active accounts. Earnbizz has the sole rights to cancel the affiliates account and withheld their commissions or bonus, if the affiliate captured against the fraudulent activity on creating the base account or fraudulent lead generation or any other illegal activities. You will not be paid any commissions till we recieve payments from our advertisers. Your site will be under investigation if found fraud. Earnings of the user is based on the personal skill on promoting and running the campaign. Earnbizz makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees regarding the website, the information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

We do not accept unsolicited ideas, works, or other materials, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for and bear all risk as to the use or distribution of any such ideas, works, or materials.
m) Commissions:
All The Commissions will be calculated, processed, approved and will be paid in US Dollars. Affiliates will earn $1.00 to $4.00 for each confirmed and approved lead for premium package and $0.50 to $2 for each confirmed and approved lead for starter package. All the commissions will be under pending and will be approved between 20th to 30th of each month for the previous month earnings. Affiliates will be paid monthly by paypal or Alertpay (your choice).
Payments will be processed and paid only after the affiliate reaches a minimum balance of 50$
Earnbizz expressly prohibits the scraping of email addresses from any Earnbizz Web site (including all areas of this Site-member and non-member) and expressly opts out of receiving commercial electronic mail messages to Earnbizz domain email addresses that were obtained in violation of the foregoing or by use of automatic address-generation software. Earnbizz strictly prohibits spams at any conditions.
